Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions

Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern participation in the affiliate program (“the Program”) offered by Silverette Greece through the website silverette.gr (“the Company”).
By registering, accessing or participating in the Program, you fully and unconditionally accept these Terms.
All affiliate applications are reviewed and approved at the sole discretion of the Company.
2. Program Description
The Program allows individuals and businesses to promote Silverette products via a unique affiliate link.
Affiliates earn commissions on verified, completed purchases made through their personal link in accordance with these Terms.
3. Commission and Calculation
• Commission rate: 10% of the net order value, excluding VAT, shipping costs and any additional charges.
• Commissions are awarded only for:
orders that have been fully paid (cleared funds),
orders that have not been cancelled,
orders that have not been returned or withdrawn under consumer legislation,
orders that have been definitively completed.
Purchases made by friends or acquaintances are eligible as long as they are genuine, fully paid commercial transactions.
The Company may adjust the commission rate with prior notice to affiliates.
4. Commission Payout and Affiliate Categories
A. Professional Affiliates (with VAT number)
Commissions are paid upon issuance of an invoice for the approved amount.
Payment is made by bank transfer.
Minimum payout amount: 10 euros.
B. Private Individuals (non-business)
Commissions are awarded exclusively as store credit vouchers redeemable on silverette.gr.
No cash payments are made and no tax obligation arises for the private individual affiliate.
Payment frequency
Payouts are processed no more than once per calendar month and only after commissions have been approved.
5. Commission Approval Period
Commissions are approved 30 days after the completion date of the corresponding order.
This timeframe accounts for cancellations, returns and the consumer withdrawal period in accordance with Greek Law 2251/1994.
After this period expires, approved commissions become payable.
6. Affiliate Obligations
Affiliates must:
• present and promote products accurately, lawfully and in accordance with Company guidelines
• refrain from making unapproved or misleading claims
• not modify, conceal or alter information regarding the products
• use the affiliate link exclusively for the purposes of the Program
• comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)
• adhere to applicable laws on commercial practices, marketing and consumer protection
Failure to comply may result in immediate removal from the Program and may also lead to legal consequences.
7. Prohibited Conduct and Fraud Prevention
The following actions are strictly prohibited:
• creation or use of false, duplicate or fraudulent accounts
• artificial traffic generation or manipulation of results
• spam or any form of unsolicited communication
• unauthorized use of the Company’s trademarks or brand assets
• falsification or misrepresentation of information
• any activity considered abusive, deceptive or fraudulent
If such behavior is detected:
• the affiliate account is terminated immediately
• pending commissions are cancelled
• the Company reserves the right to pursue any legal right or claim for damages
8. Termination of Participation
The Company may terminate an affiliate’s participation at any time, with or without cause.
Affiliates may withdraw from the Program at any time by providing written notice.
Upon termination:
• the affiliate link is deactivated
• unapproved commissions are forfeited
• no compensation or further payment is owed
9. Limitation of Liability
The Company is not liable for:
• loss of profits or revenue
• indirect, consequential or incidental damages
• technical issues arising from third-party systems
• delays in payments caused by banking or technical factors
• any damage related to participation in the Program
The Company does not guarantee any specific level of income or performance.
10. Amendments
The Company may update or modify these Terms at any time.
Continued participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Data Protection
Personal data is processed in accordance with the GDPR and the Company’s Privacy Policy.
Data is used exclusively for operating and managing the Program and is not shared with unauthorized third parties.
