1. Introduction
These terms govern participation in the affiliate program (the “Program”) of silverette.gr (“the Company”).
By enrolling in and participating in the Program, you fully accept these terms.
2. Program Description
The Program allows individuals and businesses to promote Silverette products and earn commissions on verified purchases made via their unique affiliate link or promo code.
3. Commission & Calculation
Commission rate: 10% of the net order value, excluding VAT and shipping costs.
Commissions apply only to fully paid and completed orders.
Cancelled, refunded or unpaid orders are not eligible.
The Company reserves the right to adjust the commission rate with prior notice.
4. Payment Methods & Affiliate Categories
A. Professional Affiliates (with Tax ID / Business entity)
Issue a service invoice for the commission amount.
Payment is made via bank transfer.
Minimum payout threshold: €10.
B. Private Individual Affiliates
Commission is redeemed exclusively via a store credit coupon of equal value for purchases at silverette.gr.
No cash payments or tax receipts are issued.
5. Commission Approval Period
Commissions are approved and become payable 30 days after order completion to account for cancellations and returns.
6. Affiliate Obligations
Affiliates must:
Promote products honestly and lawfully.
Respect the Company brand and trademarks.
Avoid false or misleading claims.
Comply with GDPR, advertising laws and consumer protection rules.
7. Prohibited Conduct — Fraud Prevention
Strictly prohibited actions include:
Self-referrals or orders placed for personal gain
Orders from friends/family solely to trigger commission
Fake account creation or identity misrepresentation
Spam, unsolicited communication, aggressive promotion
Artificial traffic or sales manipulation
Misuse of Company brand or trademarks
False claims regarding product features or benefits
If fraud, manipulation, or prohibited behavior is detected:
Immediate account termination
Cancellation of pending and future commissions
No payout is owed for detected fraudulent activity
8. Termination
The Company may terminate affiliate participation at any time, with or without cause.
Violation or fraud results in immediate termination.
Affiliates may also withdraw at any time by written notice.
9. Limitation of Liability
The Company is not liable for lost earnings, indirect damages, or business losses related to Program participation. No earnings level is guaranteed.
10. Modification of Terms
Terms may be updated at any time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
